Erin Fohn is a marketing strategist, executive leader, and brand builder for restaurants, bars, and food brands driven by purpose, growth, and positive disruption. With over two decades of experience, she has scaled hospitality concepts from charming neighborhood favorites to nationally recognized brands, leading everything from multi-unit openings and brand development to campaign strategy, community partnerships, and team leadership.

Her work is grounded in building marketing systems that are both creatively sharp and financially smart, designed to drive revenue, loyalty, and long-term brand equity. As the founder of Victory Dog, Erin partners with restaurant groups, growth-stage CEOs, and nonprofit leaders to connect brand storytelling with business outcomes through a blend of structure, soul, and strategy.

Erin also works closely with nonprofits to develop cause marketing programs that are scalable, meaningful, and deeply rooted in community needs, approaching it from all sides as a strategist, collaborator, and board member.

Based in Austin since 2005, Erin lives with her husband, their daughter Pepper, and two wildly energetic decker terriers. When not working, she’s probably opening a bottle of Syrah, jogging purely for the endorphins, or planning the next big dinner party.
